This winter we have been blessed with some serious nice winter weather ( well, this past week aside) and with this nice weather the BRC training ride has set out every Saturday for a 4+ hour slog in the plains East of Denver – from DIA to Deertrail and back covering roughly 100 miles. Taylor Jung, a first year elite rider after a stunning year as a CAT 3 in 2010 with multiple podiums will be joining the BRC Racing Website as a featured Rider Journal. Taylor will be sharing his thoughts, training and just about anything p1/2 that comes to mind in 2011. Look for Taylor to talk about him dicing it up in the sprint and leadouts. 2011 is going to be a great year for the 2011 BRC Elite, but first let me step back to 2010 which was the first year of the BRC Elite Cycling team. Of course there was some growing pains and some learning that was done from a racing standpoint and also a team organization point of view.
